titleOfInvention OPTICAL MIRRORS FOR RELAXATION AND AUTO TRAINING
abstract The invention relates to optical devices for relaxation and reduction of human distress. The claimed device for concentration, auto-training and relaxation is made in the form of two concave mirrors with a diameter of 25 to 45 mm, with a radius of a concave surface from 30 mm to 50 mm, having a spherical reflective surface, with a focal length of 15 mm to 25 mm, placed in a spectacle frame with a matte shielding of mirrors from direct external light on it. EFFECT: reducing anxiety and obtaining a sedative, anti-stress, anxiolytic and parasympathicotonic effect due to more effective monotonous sensory stimulation of neurophysiological mechanisms of inhibition in the central nervous system of a person by placing the pupil of the eye in the focus of a concave mirror. 1 tablet, 2 ill.
