abstract | The device is designed to seal cylindrical containers of aluminum alloys and can be used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food and nuclear industries. A device for sealing aluminum capsules contains an electric arc welding machine connected to a welding head fixed in the positioning mechanism of the welding head, a shielding gas cylinder and a protective gas flow regulator, a welding cartridge holder for aluminum capsules with a rotation mechanism and a speed controller. Moreover, the device is additionally equipped with a shielding gas reflector-concentrator in the welding zone and a hot-air heater of the aluminum capsule blank. The device is configured to measure and control the heating temperature of the aluminum capsule blank.n n n Effect: ensuring high-quality sealing of aluminum products with a small closed volume of gas and simplifying the design of the device. |
