titleOfInvention Three-section tank for collecting gasoline vapors
abstract The utility model relates to a device for trapping vapors of petroleum products and can be used in the oil industry.n n n The tank is divided by partitions into three sections, the first and third sections are designed to receive vapors from the "big and small breaths", respectively, and the second section is to receive vapors from the first and second sections, while the low-octane component is used as absorbent in the second section. In the first section, a shaft with centrifugal wheels, a refrigeration unit and a device for receiving vapors are installed, and a low-octane component is used as an absorbent. The third section is equipped with a device for receiving vapors, and A-76 gasoline is used as absorbent in it. The tank is also equipped with two pressure sensors in the first and third sections, a temperature sensor in the section for receiving vapors from "big breaths" and a steam line with a check valve in the second section.n n n The technical result is achieved by setting the required temperature in the first section with further trapping the vapors from the "big breaths" using the refrigeration unit and low-octane component, trapping the vapors in the third section from the "big breaths" by lowering the temperature and A-76 gasoline, as well as minimizing the transition vapors from the first and third sections to the second due to control of pressure sensors and timely pumping of oil.
