titleOfInvention | Triplex and method for its production |
abstract | The invention relates to the design and manufacturing technology of automobile windshields with an inner layer of impact-resistant polymer material. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: An automobile windshield consists of two silicate glasses and an inner layer of high impact polymer material. The inner interlayer is made of a methacrylic derivative of a simple polyester with a molecular weight of 4010 - 12000 and functionality for methacrylic groups of 1.6 - 2.0 and (meth) acrylic monomer, taken in a mass ratio, respectively: 1.5 - 0.66. Triplex is obtained by assembling a double-glazed unit of two silicate glasses, filling the gap between them with a liquid phase-cured adhesive composition, and then photo-curing. The fluid of the photocurable adhesive composition consists of a methacrylic derivative of a polyether, a (meth) acrylic manometer and a photoinitiator, and subsequent photocuring. Before assembling a double-glazed unit, the glasses are treated with a 0.1 - 0.2% solution of organosilicon adhesive in ethanol selected from the series: methacrylate methylmethyldiethoxysilane, methacrylate methyltriethoxysilane, and photo-curing is carried out for 5-50 minutes using as a source UV radiation of a flat panel of LUF-80 fluorescent lamps located at a distance of 10-30 mm from each other, at a distance of 100-500 mm to the surface of the glass packet. 2 s.p. crystals, 2 tab. sl c |
