abstract Usage: surfacing of parts operating under conditions of contact loads and impacts. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION 1 a flux-cored wire consists of a carbon steel sheath and a powder charge. The mixture includes, wt.%. rutile concentrate 3-7. fluorspar 3-7, steel powder alloyed with chromium, nickel and titanium 40-60 graphite 2-3, ferromanganese 16-20, iron carbide the rest. The fill factor is 23.5-32.5%. Poroshkova wire provides good welding and technological properties and reduced losses of alloying elements 2 tab.
