abstract | Usage: in the pharmaceutical industry, relates to the production of medicines from plant materials. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: the ground part of milk of the Georgian Euphorbia Ibeiica is degreased with chloroform in a Co2 cell apparatus until the green color of chloroform flowing out of the apparatus disappears and the raw materials are dried. Then, simultaneous grinding and extraction with 96% ethanol is carried out with the ratio of raw material: extractant 1: 15-1: 20 by vortex extraction, then it is extracted by continuous extraction with hot 96% ethanol for less than 30 minutes. The resulting extract was separated from the meal by filtration, the filtrate was evaporated in vacuo and dried. Positive effect: simplification and reduction of the duration of the process, increased yield and increased activity of the target product. |
