titleOfInvention Foamed composition for fireproof coating of wood materials
abstract Use: for thermal insulation of wooden structures in case of fire. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: the composition comprises a water-soluble urea-formaldehyde resin or a urea-melamine-formaldehyde resin. 10-16%, polyvinyl acetate dispersion 1-9%, ammonium phosphate 26-29%, pentrol by-product of pentaerythritol production 8-13%, urea 10-12%, water-rest. The composition may additionally contain tpHeeyio salt carboxymethyl cellulose 0.1-0.3% and / or asbestos fiber 2-4%, as well as kaolin 3-5%. A composition is prepared by mixing the above ingredients, in addition to ammonium phosphate, which is introduced prior to application of the composition. Characterization of properties: adhesion 1-2 points, average weight loss of the sample of 2.6-4.3%. 2 s.p. crystals, 2 tab. fe
