titleOfInvention IMMUNOCHIP FOR TREPONEM-SPECIFIC SEROLOGICAL DIAGNOSTICS OF SYPHILIS
abstract The utility model relates to the field of medicine, namely to devices for diagnosing infections using immunological research methods. In particular, the utility model is an immunochip - one of the types of biochips intended for the analysis of biological fluids and containing a working zone with immobilized probes (proteins) for binding biospecific ligands (antibodies).n n n The proposed immunochip for treponema-specific serological diagnostics of syphilis, which is a glass slide with activated silane compounds coated on the surface of which antigens Tr15, Tr17, Tr47, TmpA, Tr0277, Tr0319, Tr0453, Tr0684, Tr0965 and Tr1038 are separately immobilized on the surface of which Treponema pallidum mixed with a solution of gelling methacrylamide monomers in four replicates each; reagents to control the accuracy of the analysis - BSA, human IgG and antibodies to human IgG; and also fluorescent dye Su5, marking the boundaries of the analyzed area.n n n The purpose of the utility model is separate parallel detection in the test blood serum of the presence or absence of treponemospecific antibodies to 10 T. pallidum antigens, the fixation of which in the cells of the immunochip is detected using antibodies to human IgG conjugated with Cy5 fluorescent dye.n n n A positive result from the use of the immunochip is to increase the sensitivity of the diagnostic test.
