titleOfInvention Stabilizer for synthetic isoprene rubber, and a method of its synthesis
abstract Usage: stabilizers class spatially hindered phenols of synthetic isoprene rubber. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: stabilizer contains, May. %: 4,4-bis (2, b-ditret-butylphenol) 43-62, 4-methyl-2, 8-ditret-butylphenol 2-22, bis (4-hydroxy-3, 5-ditret-butylphenyl) ethane 24-31. 3, 3, 5, 5-tetratret-butyl-4, 4-stilbebequinone - the rest is up to 100%. The stabilizer is prepared by the dehydrogenation reaction of 4-methyl-2, b-ditret-butyl-.phenol 3, 3, 5, 5-tetratret-butyl-4, 4-diphenoquinone at 170-200 °; C in an organic solvent medium at a molar ratio of diphenoquinone: 4-methyl-2, 6-ditret-butylphenyl 1: (). The reaction product is homogeneous powders readily soluble in organic solvents. 2 sec p. f-ly, 1 tab. ate with
