titleOfInvention Rig for testing specimens in the form of bodies of revolution made of ceramic materials
abstract The invention relates to testing equipment, in particular to devices for tensile testing of parts, mainly ceramic in the form of bodies of revolution by centrifugal forces. The purpose of the invention is to increase the test productivity by self-centering the test sample relative to the shaft during rotation. The centrifugal stand contains a shaft 1 mounted in the bearings 2 of the housing 4 and equipped with an end flange 6 with holes uniformly spaced around the circumference, where the permanent magnets 12 and shear pins are mounted 14. The axial pin 7 of the ceramic disk 8 being tested is fixed in the metal sleeve 9 of the disk 10 , in the openings of which permanent magnets 11 and studs are installed 14. The coaxial permanent magnets between the ends have minimal air gaps, and the flange 6 and the disk 10 are tightly adjacent to each other by the end surfaces. Axial magnets, as well as fixed magnets fixed in the housing 4 and forming magnetic air gaps with the disk 10 and the shaft 1, can be used to engage the DMSC 8 with the shaft 1. During rotation, the centering of the disk .8 and shaft 1 is carried out independently under the influence of centrifugal forces and magnetic center lines. 4 s, par. F-ly, 3 ill. SL C
