SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION A polycaproamide textile material, e.g., fabric, is added with a composition containing 10-12 wt.% Polyvinyl chloride, ZnSn (OH) e zinc stannate 5-15 wt.% And dimethylacetamide up to 100 wt.%. It is treated in a water bath to precipitate insoluble compounds and dried. Material properties: oxygen index according to GOST 12.1044-89 37.0-42.9%, increase in the oxygen index 17.3-23.2.2%, smoke generating ability according to GOST 24632-81 (indicator of maximum optical density): when burning 12-14 , with pyrolysis 26-34. 1 tab. with G
