titleOfInvention | Method for cephamezin detecting |
abstract | Usage: the invention relates to analytical chemistry, namely, to methods for the quantitative determination of sodium salt 13 {5-methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazolyl-2-thiomethyl) -7- {1-tetrazolyl-acetamido) - -3 Cephem-41 carboxylic acid (cefamezin - a drug). SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The analyzed sample of the preparation is first treated with a solution of hydrochloric acid under heating (80-90 ° C) for 40-50 minutes, then the pH of the solution is adjusted to 3.0-4.0 by the addition of a solution of sodium hydroxide. A solution of glutaconic aldehyde is prepared separately: pyridyl-pyridinium chloride is treated with 0.1 N. sodium hydroxide solution for 1-2 minutes, followed by acidification with hydrochloric acid to a pH of 1.5-2.0. Next, a solution of the test sample in an acidic medium created by a universal buffer solution of pH 3.6-4.0 in the presence of a sodium chloride stabilizer (chemically pure) is added to a solution of glutaconic aldehyde, and colored solutions are measured at 490 nm. The sensitivity of the reaction is 10 μg / ml. 2 tab. Ј |
