The inventive concentrate cutting fluid contains: ester of pentaerythritol and synthetic fatty acids fractions or vegetable oil 3-5%, trichloramyl ether diethyl dithiocarbamic acid 2, 5%, sulfurized propylene tetramers 11-12%, chlorinated paraffin 1, 5-2.0% and the rest of the base fluid. The base liquid contains sulfur 0.5-0.7%, sulphurous animal fat 3.5-5.0%, the condensation product of triethanolamine with the bottom residue of the distillation process of the synthetic fatty acid fraction Ci7 C20 0.1-0.3%, polyisobutylene 3.5-4.0% and petroleum oil - the rest, 4 tab. |
