titleOfInvention Method of higher alkylketene dimmer emulsion preparation
abstract Usage: sizing materials, emulsions of higher alkyl ketene dimers, emulsifiers. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: An emulsion of (Ci-C2o) -alkyl ketene dimers is prepared by mixing dimers and an emulsifier comprising water-soluble (C8-Ce) -alkylphenols with a degree of hydroxyethylation of 3-12 and CicrCie monoethanolamides with the addition of water. The resulting concentrated emulsion is diluted to a working concentration of 2-15% with a 0.5-2% aqueous solution of Na-carboxymethyl cellulose or distilled water at 40-50 ° C. The emulsion contains 5% of the emulsifier by weight of alilketene dimers. 20 approx. 2 s.p. crystals, 1 tab.
