abstract | The invention relates to medicine, namely to infectious diseases, and can be used to predict severe acute viral hepatitis. The object of the invention is to increase the accuracy of prediction of the development of severe viral hepatitis. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: the level of reduced glutathione and the activity of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase in erythrocytes is determined and, with a ratio of these indicators equal to or greater than 1.0, a severe form of acute viral hepatitis is diagnosed. The method allows early prediction of the severity of viral hepatitis. |
