abstract | Use: as a component of a composition for preparing polyurethane coatings. The product is isocyanato (urethane) (YI)) С6Н5СООСН2 2С (С2Н5) СН2ОСОМНМЯСНОСН2- -C (C2H5) CH2OCONH-C6H3 (CH3) К - (sn2) 6-, s, - с6 n „sn2 s6 n ,, Reagent 1: 1,1,1-trimethylol (propane). Reagent 2: a diisocyanate selected from the group 1,6-hexamethylene (di) isocyanate, toluene (di) isocyanate, 4,4-di (phenyl) methanedi (isocyanate) in a molar ratio of 2: 1. Reaction conditions: in acetone in the presence or absence of a catalyst. The resulting tetrol is reacted with toluene diisocyanate, acetone is distilled off, the YIU is precipitated from the solution with hexane, the precipitate is separated off, washed with hexane and dried. The resulting YI was identified by elemental analysis to determine the content of NCO groups and molecular weight. The composition contains a simple oligoester based on propylene oxide with an average molecular weight of 1000 - 12.7 - 37.2 wt.%, The above isocyanatourethane as curing agents 31.0-47.0 wt.%, An inert solvent - the rest is up to 100 wt.%.
