abstract The invention relates to medicine, namely to phthisiopulmonology, and can be used to treat fibrocavernous pulmonary tuberculosis. The aim of the invention is to reduce the treatment time. The goal is achieved by introducing at the mouth of the subsegmental bronchus, the draining cavity, freshly isolated autoleukomass for 5 minutes and the patient's anti-drainage position. The invention allows to reduce treatment time, accelerate the resorption of infiltrative changes and closure of cavernous cavities.
