abstract | The invention relates to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology, and can be used in the treatment of chronic cicatricial stenosis of the larynx. The aim of the invention is to reduce the treatment time and reduce the recurrence of the disease. The goal is achieved by additionally injecting aloe extract and lidase subcutaneously into the larynx and simultaneously applying ultrasound at a frequency of 880 kHz in a continuous mode at an intensity of 0.2-0.4 W / cm, lasting 5-7 minutes, daily for 10-12 days . The method allows to shorten the treatment time and reduce the recurrence of the disease. |
