abstract FIELD OF THE INVENTION This invention relates to waterjet processing of tape materials, e.g., non-ferrous metal foils. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality and processing efficiency. The apparatus comprises a working chamber 8 with windows 9 and 1Q and a tank for; working hydro-abrasive medium, a mechanism for moving the foil with the supporting 4 and guiding 2,3,5 and 6 rollers. In the tank of the hydro-abrasive medium, a filter septum 16 separating the tank 14 for the hydro-abrasive is sealed. suspensions and compartment 15 for excellent fluid. The nozzle apparatus 21 is installed in the chamber 8 with the possibility of angular rotation relative to the roller 4 and is equipped with: a slotted nozzle; in which another slit is made in the form of a flat channel.
