titleOfInvention | 2-methylene-3-exo-vinyl-5(6)-ethylidene norbornane as copolymer for preparing thermostable and thermoplastic polymeric ethylene and propylene-base materials and process for preparing thereof |
abstract | Usage: as a monomer for the production of thermostable and thermoplastic polymeric materials based on ethylene and propylene. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: 2-methylene-3-exosinyl-5 (6) -ethylidene-norbornane product, 68% yield, bp. 81-82 ° C (22 mmHg). The compound is prepared by reacting 5-ethylidene-norbornene-2 with allyl acetate in benzene, or toluene, or xylene, or heptane, or hexane in an inert gas atmosphere at 50-80 ° C in the presence of a catalytic system including bis- (if - allyl) nickel and triisopropylphosphite at a molar ratio of 1: (4-8), wherein the molar ratio of 5-ethylidene-norbornene-2 to allyl acetate is 1: (0.8-1.5). The reaction is carried out in the presence of zeolites with a pore diameter of 4-5 A. 2 tab. (L C |
