abstract The invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmic surgery. Purpose of the invention: increased visual acuity by using part of the vascular bed of the external and internal carotid arteries. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: a through incision of the sclera is made, an episcleral flap on the pedicle is inserted through it into the suprachoroidal space, a subconjunctival flap on the pedicle is additionally formed and laid on top of the episcleral flap through the existing sclera incision.
