abstract Usage: woodworking industry, production of special wood-based panels as a material for cases of high-quality household electronic equipment. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: a fiber sample is loaded into a drum mixer and aqueous solutions of 25% concentration of phenol-formaldehyde resin SFZh-3014 and plasticized polyvinyl acetate dispersion PVAD DF 40 / 20B are prepared. Resin and PVAD are separately dispersed. The resin and PVAD in a dispersed state are then mixed with wood fiber in a common stream. The ratio of the components of the press mass is as follows, wt.%: Resin SFZh-3014 4-17; PVAD 8-34; wood particles are the rest. The treated wood fiber is dried to a moisture content of 12-14% and carpets are formed from it. The carpets are given the necessary transportability, loaded into a press and pressed plates using distance bars, a pressing temperature of 200 ± 2 ° C, a pressing time of 8.5 minutes. 2 tab. (L C
