titleOfInvention A method of manufacturing a needle cutter
abstract Usage: the invention relates to methods for manufacturing metal brushes used for machining, can be used in any mechanical engineering industry, where it is necessary to clean welds, scale, rust, etc., and allows to increase durability. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: a wire wound on a circular base is installed on a mandrel sleeve and compressed by means of a disk and springs with nuts. Then, the tops of the turns are cut to form a wire pile and the mandrel is mounted on the turntable in the chamber, after which the necessary vacuum is created. Electrodes are fed through the vacuum inlets to the working surface L of the wire pile. Electrode power sources and table rotation are turned on. The electric arc treatment of the working section begins. The wire pile and the ring base are heated to the melting temperature of the base, which melts, filling all the gaps between the wires. The working pile of the needle cutter is also heated, cleaned during processing, acquiring the greatest wear resistance and corrosion resistance. 1 C.p. f-ls, 2 ill. (L C
