abstract | The invention relates to medicine, namely to flap skin grafting, and can be used to prevent necrosis of a skin flap on a feeding leg. The aim of the invention is to increase the survival of a skin flap by correcting microcirculation in graft tissues. The goal is achieved by additional administration of aspirin at a dose of 25 mg / kg 2-6 hours after surgery once every 3 days. The method improves the survival of the skin flap. |
