abstract The invention relates to medicine, in particular to urology and gynecology, and can be used to diagnose orthostatic stenosis of the left renal vein and impaired venous renal vascular hemodynamics. The purpose of the invention is the non-invasiveness of the study. The method is carried out as follows. Orthostatic stenosis of the left renal vein is performed successively in duodenography sequentially in the vertical and horizontal positions and if the orthostasis has a linear filling defect in the lower horizontal part of the duodenum or the break of its shadow.
