titleOfInvention The method of applying antithrombogenic coating on a polymer surface
abstract A method for producing an antithrombogenic coating relates to the field of medical technology and relates to the surface coating of various polymeric materials and products, such as artificial vessels, catheters, an artificial heart, to impart antithrombogenic properties to them. The aim of the present invention is to enhance the antithrombogenicity of a coating from a polyelectrolyte complex (PEC) on a polymer surface and to simplify the method for producing an antithrombogenic coating. The method consists in grafting polymerization on the polymer surface of one of the components of the PEC of polycarboxylic acid and subsequent treatment with an aqueous solution of the second component of the PEC - polybase - chitosan (ChTZ) at pH 5.2-6.4 for 6-8 hours, the amount of ChT in solution is equal to or greater than the amount of polyacid on the surface. 2 tab.
