titleOfInvention IMPLANT FOR COMPENSATION OF BONE DEFECTS
abstract The utility model relates to medicine, namely to surgery, traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in the surgical treatment of inflammatory and degenerative-dystrophic bone diseases, as well as bone injuries.n n n The objective of the utility model is an implant that accelerates the formation of bone tissue at the sites of contact of the implant with the patient’s bone and, as a result, provides faster restoration of the skeletal support ability, as well as simplifying and increasing the reliability of endoprosthetics during surgical compensation of bone defects.n n n The technical result is achieved by the fact that the implant is made in the form of a block of cylindrical or prismatic shape, the base of which is made of composite material containing a multidirectional reinforcing frame of rods formed of carbon fibers located along the axis of these rods, and a carbon matrix, and has on the upper and lower bases of the base of the implant cavity with a depth of 0.5-5 mm, the area of each of which is 10-70% of the area of the base, filled with hydroxyapatite and / or platelet-rich pl blood pressure. Moreover, some pre-selected rods of one, several or all directions of reinforcement included in the reinforcing cage contain one or more chemical compounds from the group: aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, calcium orthophosphate, calcium pyrophosphate, titanium oxide, titanium carbide, oxide zirconium, zirconium carbide, niobium oxide, niobium carbide, hafnium oxide, hafnium carbide, tantalum oxide, tantalum carbide, tungsten carbide - in an amount of 0.1-10% by weight of the rod.n n n The application of the proposed utility model provides the possibility of efficient replacement of bone defects of various types, which is important for improving the quality of treatment of inflammatory and degenerative bone diseases and bone injuries, and the radiopacity of the implant simplifies the management of the operation and postoperative examination of the patient. 3 s.p. f-ly.
