abstract | ESSAYn n n The utility model relates to technical fabric used as spacers for the fabric cage of conveyor belts, flat drive belts and other rubber products. Technical fabric, impregnated with a resorcinol-formaldehyde latex mixture based on vinyl pyridine latex, formed by interlacing of warp and weft threads, while the complex thread was high-modulus, polyester thread impregnated with epoxy resin, with a crystallinity of 20-40%, and as a weft thread used complex polyamide thread. The fabric contains an edge formed on the basis of two leno polyester, textured threads, and along the weft - fused threads. The technical result consists in improving the operational characteristics, in obtaining a stable, strong edge without constricting the fabric web and in the absence of defects in the sagging of the fabric web. |
