titleOfInvention STRAW FOR CHANGE OF TASTE AND ODOR OF TAKEN THROUGH THERE WITH DRINK
abstract The claimed utility model relates to the field of light industry, in particular to means for drinking drinks, namely drinking straws, and can be used to add an active flavoring ingredient to a liquid drink during its use, for example, after or during meals. The straw for changing the taste and smell of the drink consumed through it is made in the form of a flexible polymer tube with filters at its end sections made by compressing it thermally with the formation of welds located at a distance from each tube edge and forming nozzles with channels in it, communicated with the interior of a flexible polymer tube in which beverage-soluble flavoring granules are placed between the filters. The dimensions of the cross sections of the channels are smaller than the solid granules to hold the inner space of the flexible polymer tube, while the flexible polymer tube is made of thermoplastic polymer propylene, and in the filter area the inner surface of the flexible polymer tube is roughened. The flexible polymer tube is made of a thermoplastic polymer of propylene containing an antimicrobial additive, and the inlet-outlet openings of the flexible polymer tube are closed with plugs. The technical result in solving this problem is to prevent harmful microorganisms from entering the inner space with flavoring granules during storage of the claimed straws to change the taste and smell of the drink consumed through it and the possibility of their destruction or growth suppression in case of ingestion.
