titleOfInvention Method of yeast biomass preparing
abstract FIELD: microbiological industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves the use of a mixture of n-alkanes and n-alkenes at the ratio (1:)-(10:1) as hydrocarbon-containing substrate obtained by method of thermal destruction of polyethylene. At continuous process of yeast growing the residual concentration of hydrogen-containing substrate is maintained at the range 0.02-0.20 g/l medium and periodically its level is increased up to 0.4-0.6 g/l every 0.3-6 h. EFFECT: increased biomass yield and process output, decreased consumption raw coefficient and residual hydrocarbon content in the nutrient medium.
