titleOfInvention SCISSORS DIRECT (REVERSE) FOR THE MAXILLA SINUS
abstract The technical solution relates to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology. The task was to create a tool for the formation of a temporary anthrostomy. The problem is solved in that the scissors rhinoscopic straight (reverse) for the maxillary sinus contain handles (1), the working part (2), equipped with a mechanism for cutting. The technical result is achieved by the fact that the blade (3), attached to the jaw (4), is made in the form of a sickle with a rounded end that can be retracted close to it, which allows through cutting through all the underlying tissues in the middle nasal passage in order to form a temporary anthrostomy for full rehabilitation of the maxillary sinus and subsequent plastic closure of it (anthrostomy ie windows or openings) with the underlying tissues.
