titleOfInvention COMPOSITE BIOLOGICAL INSTALLATION REACTOR FOR PRODUCING AEROBIC MICRO-ORGANISMS BIOMASS
abstract The utility model relates to the field of microbiology and can be used for the manufacture of composite biological reactors of plants intended for the production of biomass of aerobic microorganisms, preferably based on a gaseous carbon-containing substrate.n n n A composite biological reactor of an aerobic microorganism biomass production plant consists of an axisymmetric fermentation tank oriented in a vertical plane, equipped with a first shell, which divides the volume of the axisymmetric fermentation tank into the first lifting and first lowering channels and is equipped with a pipe for supplying liquid mineral nutrient medium to the axisymmetric fermentation tank the supply of air or oxygen to it, paired with the first bubbler, which is positioned en in the first lift channel. There is a branch pipe to the outside of the axisymmetric fermentation tank of the accumulated biomass; there is a pipe for the first lifting and a pipe for the first lowering channels. The device is equipped with a branch pipe for withdrawing from the superfluid space an axisymmetric fermentation tank of steam-gas fermentation products and a heat exchanger attached to the inner wall of the first shell. The device also contains at least one axisymmetric satellite-oriented fermentation vessel-satellite, oriented in the vertical plane, equipped with a second shell, which divides the volume of the axisymmetric satellite-fermentation vessel into a second lifting and second lowering channels. The design of the device has a nozzle for supplying to the axisymmetric fermentation vessel-satellite satellite gaseous substrate coupled to a second bubbler located in the second lifting channel, as well as a purge nozzle positioned on the upper end of the axisymmetric fermentation vessel-satellite, as well as nozzles for the second lifting and second lowering channels. In this case, the first lowering channel of the axisymmetric fermentation tank is provided with a circulation fluid for the culture fluid and is connected through the first pipe of the lowering channel through the second pipe of the liquid pipe through the second pipe of the lifting channel to the second lifting channel of the axisymmetric fermentation vessel-satellite, and the first lifting channel of the axisymmetric fermentation channel through the first connected to the second lowering channel of the axisymmetric fermentation tank-satellite second ruboprovodom zhidkosteprovoda through the second downcomer pipe. At the same time, temperature sensors, pH sensors and CO 2 sensors are installed under both the first and the second bubblers, information-switching connected with an IBM compatible personal computer, on which, in addition to the operating system, the computer program “GAPRIN” is installed. It is characteristic that the first and second shells are equipped with funnels tapering from the ends of the latter.n n n The technical result expected from the use of the claimed device is to increase the rate of cultivation (formation) of biomass in the culture fluid circulating in a composite biological reactor.n n n 1 n.a. and 1 z.p. crystals, 3 tab. and 3 ill.
