titleOfInvention Vaccine against viral enteritis, botulism and carnivorous plague, method of its preparing, and a method of prophylaxis of these diseases
abstract FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: mixed vaccine against viral enteritis, botulism and carnivorous plague has the following antigens: suspension of inactivated mink virus enteritis "Rodniki-1631", anatoxin of the strain Cl. botulinum type C 59 and viral cultural suspension of attenuated carnivorous plague virus strain "ЭПМ" at virus activity 10 3,0 - 10 4,0 , ТЦД 50/0,5cm 3 in japonic quail embryonic cell culture. Means: aluminium hydroxide, gelatose, sorbitol, sodium meta-bisulfite and, additionally, Henx solution. Method of vaccine preparing involves preparing liquid components consisting of suspension of inactivated carnivorous enteritis virus strain and botulinic anatoxin, addition of sodium meta-bisulfite to it for formalin neutralization followed by using liquid component for dilution of dry component consisting of carnivorous plague virus lyophilized with stabilizing agent composed of sorbitol and gelatose. Method of prophylaxis involves a single subcutaneous or intramuscular administration of effective doses of mixed vaccine to clinically health fur animals at the age 45-60 days at the volume 1-3 cm 3 . EFFECT: enhanced immunogenic activity of mixed vaccine and protective action. 5 tbl
