titleOfInvention Method for production of yeast biomass
abstract FIELD: microbiological industry. SUBSTANCE: yeast are cultivated in aqueous culture medium at aeration. Said medium contains purified liquid paraffins as sources of carbon and mineral sources of nitrogen, phosphorous, potassium, magnesium, ferrum and zinc. Suspension of mycelium of higher fungi (MHF) is used as growth stimulator, said stimulator being activated by sustaining in acidified solutions of microelements which contains sulfates of ferrum, zinc and manganese. 5·10 -3 -5·10 -6 % of copper (II) sulfate as calculated for Cu +2 . are additionally added into solution of microelements which contains MHF. EFFECT: increases yield of biomass, improves quality of desired product. 2 tbl
