Installation for preparing liquid components for kneading dough, containing a pre-filter for incoming water, shutoff valves, a reverse osmosis water purification module, a collection tank with a filtrate level indicator connected by pipelines to its consumption points, component solution dispensers, a concentrate discharge channel and a control unit the operation of the installation, characterized in that it is equipped with an additional capacity for accumulating the filtrate, connected by its inlet through the valve to the collecting tank, containers for the breakdown components, the input of one of which is connected by a pipeline through a valve to the pipe of the filtrate of the reverse osmosis module, while the outputs of the additional filtrate tank and containers for diluting the components are connected by pipelines through the valves to the component dispensers, and there is a bypass channel between the additional filtrate tank and the component dispenser consisting of a valve, a booster pump and a water heater, and all the outputs of the dispensers of the components form a single collector with a nozzle m of finished liquid components, the channel for concentrate discharge from the reverse osmosis module is connected to the pipe for its consumption for household needs. 2.
