titleOfInvention Aqueous solution for platelet cryoconservation
abstract FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: solution for cryoconservation of platelets contains hexamethylenebistetrahydroxyethylurea, citric acid and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodiun salt at the following ratio of components, wt. -% : hexamethylenebistetrahydroxyethylurea 5-15; citric acid 0.9-1.3; ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt 0.1-1.0, and water for injection - the rest. Solution is used for blood cells conservation. EFFECT: decreased death of platelets, increased platelet quantity in functionally active state, decreased toxicity of cryoprotective solution. 3 tbl
