titleOfInvention MASS FLUID FLOW METER
abstract The utility model relates to the field of measurement technology, in particular to the measurement of the mass flow rate of liquids, especially aggressive ones.n n n The objective of the utility model is to create a mass flowmeter of liquids, providing a technical result, consisting in reducing the error of flow measurement, thereby ensuring the reliability and safety of the measurements.n n n This technical result is achieved in that the mass flowmeter of liquids includes a Venturi pipe that creates a pressure drop, a differential pressure gauge that measures the pressure drop, the magnitude of the readings of which determines the volumetric flow rate of the liquid, a measuring pipe that is filled with liquid by branching part of the total flow, a piezoelectric transducer mounted on measuring pipeline emitting an ultrasonic wave into a liquid and receiving a reflected ultrasonic wave, an ultrasonic generator pulses and a processing device for the electrical signals of the received reflected pulses associated with the piezoelectric transducer, as well as a time stamp sensor and a microcontroller that processes the obtained data, determining the density of the liquid and the mass flow rate of the liquid by calculating the product of the volumetric flow rate by the density .n n n The tested approaches for testing have shown their effectiveness and can be used in measuring the mass flow rate of various liquids, especially aggressive ones.
