titleOfInvention ICE RESCUE
abstract The utility model relates to the field of shipbuilding, in particular to vessels designed for emergency rescue operations of personnel of offshore engineering structures - offshore oil and gas platforms located in the areas of development and operation of oil and gas fields on the Arctic shelf, as well as to provide technical support and assistance fishing vessels operating in areas hazardous to shipping and seafood production. The objective of this utility model is to create a rescue vessel design that allows working not only in areas of the oceans periodically covered by rarefied ice, but also covered with solid ice. The technical result is the expansion of the technological capabilities of the rescue vessel during emergency rescue operations in ice conditions and weather and climate conditions of the Arctic. In the particular case of the claimed utility model, the slip on the upper deck of the rescue icebreaker is equipped with slip doors located in front of it, which will allow to reduce the fillability of the deck directly through the slip. The specified technical result is achieved by using the claimed rescue icebreaker, made in the form of a single-hull vessel with a multi-tier superstructure shifted to the bow, aft for which there is a deck for technological rescue equipment, and there is also a helipad located on the deck with a separate structure, In this case, the ship's hull has a solid structure with ice reinforcements, and ice bow contours are attached to the bow. In addition, a place has been equipped on the upper deck of the vessel for accommodating one or more small rescue hovercraft and / or a ship with a rotor-auger propulsion, and in the aft end there is a slip for lifting a small rescue vessel, located in the direction from the water edge to the line pairing with the upper deck. In another particular case of the claimed utility model, an add-on connected to the take-off and landing helipad was made on the deck of the rescue icebreaker, in which a hangar for the helicopter was equipped. The technical solution of the rescue icebreaker, declared as a utility model, will increase its technical and operational characteristics, as well as its efficiency during emergency rescue operations from offshore engineering facilities, primarily from offshore oil and gas production platforms in severe ice and weather and climate conditions of the Arctic.
