titleOfInvention DEVICE FOR RETRACTION OF SOFT TISSUES OF THE ORBIT
abstract The utility model relates to medical instruments, in particular to retractors and retractors, and can be used in maxillofacial surgery. The technical result achieved by the utility model proposed by us is to improve visual control of the surgical field, to minimize the risk of trauma to the soft tissues of the orbit during surgery in the orbit, taking into account the anatomical and topographic features of the structure of this area. A device for retraction of soft tissues of the eye socket contains a working part 1 and a handle 2. The handle has an anatomical shape 4, which repeats the topography of the surface of the palm. In the center, the handle has a ring 3, which allows you to change the fixation of the device for retraction of the soft tissues of the eye socket. The handle 2 and the ring 3 are rigidly attached to the working part 1, which allows you to remove the soft tissue of the eye socket. The working part 1 is represented by an oval curved plate with rounded edges, which avoids unnecessary compression and trauma to the soft tissues of the eye socket. In the area of the rear surface of the working part there is a fiber LED 5, which allows to improve visualization of the surgical wound due to additional directional lighting. The outer surface of the working part has a reflective spraying 6, for example, an iridium coating, which allows you to additionally evaluate difficult visualized distal wounds. 2 ill.
