titleOfInvention Gas moisture transducer
abstract FIELD: instruments. SUBSTANCE: device has glass substrate and electrodes. Modified layer from γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane is covered by layer, which is sensitive to moisture and which consists of carboxylated or sulfated cation-exchange resin. Interaction between said layers results in production of compounds, which absorb moisture and alter their electric characteristics such as electric conductance, dielectric permeability, sorption capacity. Resulted compounds depend on level of coupling between layers. Measured electric value determines gas moisture. EFFECT: increased sensitivity, increased functional capabilities. 3 dwg
