abstract The utility model relates to orthopedic dentistry, in particular, to removable dentures. A removable denture contains an acrylic basis with artificial teeth and a lining layer under the basis formed from a composition based on silicone rubber. A silicone lining modified with highly dispersed silver in an amount of 0.001-0.01% by weight of silver, introduced into the filler (component of the silicone lining), before being mixed with silicone rubber. A removable two-layer prosthesis with the proposed lining layer provides a long-term antibacterial effect and therapeutic effect on the oral mucosa of the prosthetic bed.
