abstract FIELD: immunochemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves immunizing laboratory animal with hepten - protein conjugate obtained by binding adrenalin protected by aliphatic amine group and a protein in the proportion of 0.3 M of adrenalin and 0.2-0.5 mM of bovine serum albumin. Secondary adrenalin amine group protection reaction is carried out in succinic anhydride- saturated methanol solution to obtain reliable amine group protection. EFFECT: enhanced specificity; improved reproducibility.
