abstract | The invention relates to medicine, more specifically to microbiology. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the time of the process. The sample determines the contents of the analyzed hydrocarbon precursor using standard chemical methods, a radioactively labeled marker precursor is added, then the sample is incubated for 3-30 days, after the mixture of gaseous hydrocarbons is separated, its components are burned to C-carbonic gas and measure their radioactivity separately, using a device equipped with a column with a sorbent pre-saturated with the analyzed hydrocarbon, which is connected to a water vapor absorber and with a quartz tube for combustion. |
