abstract This utility model relates to devices used in the production of monomers for synthetic rubber, in particular, to the arrangement and interconnection of apparatus for the synthesis of isoprene in the liquid phase from isobutylene and formaldehyde or substances that are sources of isobutylene and formaldehyde. An apparatus for the liquid-phase synthesis of isoprene from isobutylene and formaldehyde is proposed, which includes a trimethylcarbinol synthesis unit, consisting of a trimethylcarbinol synthesis unit from an isobutylene-containing fraction and a trimethylcarbinol synthesis unit from concentrated concentrated isobutylene, a dimethyldioxane synthesis unit, a rectification unit for the formation of high-dimethoxydimethane synthesis product block, and dimetane synthesis and isolation and purification of isoprene, connected directly to the isoprene synthesis unit the block decomposition byproducts, as well as with the block of the return trimethyl carbinol synthesis concentrated isobutylene, with direct connection unit with decomposition byproducts unit rectification of high-boiling products and the block separation of synthesis products and isolation of synthesis products and isolation and purification of isoprene. In this case, the synthesis of trimethylcarbinol from the return concentrated isobutylene is carried out in two parallel working units with a difference in the supply of concentrated isobutylene to each of the parallel working units is not more than 5%. The implementation of the synthesis of isoprene in the liquid phase in the proposed installation allows to increase the selectivity of the process, to increase the controllability of the process when changing the load of raw materials on the synthesis unit of trimethylcarbinol from return concentrated isobutylene, to reduce the consumption of raw materials.
