titleOfInvention Method of obtaining sulfated natural fish oil
abstract The invention relates to industrial organic synthesis of sulfated natural fish oil (SFA), which is used in leather and fur applications for skin fat. Simplification of the process and improvement of the quality of SNRF are achieved by introducing certain additives before starting the processing of fish oil (RF) and carrying out the processing of the resulting mixture of prs with a specific ratio of sulfuric acid and RF. The process is carried out in the following manner. RJ is pre-mixed with industrial oil, TAKEN in an amount of 2.5-3.5 wt.% And a fraction of primary fatty cniipTOB Cg-C, j, taken in an amount of 1.5-2.5 wt.%. The mixture is then sulfated with concentrate at a molar ratio of RJ; H SO ,,, equal to 1: (0.15-0.18), 25-35 s followed by neutralization of the sulfomass with a 20% NujCOj solution to a pH of 6.5-7.0. Tests show that SPRF is well practiced and enters the skin, but the skin does not get tacky and there are no spots on the surface. Composition characteristic of SNRF, wt.%: Total wttp 80-85, bound SO content, 3,7-A, 0, moisture content 12-15 versus 60, 26 and 20. Stability of G.% emulsion for 24 hours versus 2 hours for: refined fish oil, which is shortened by a pilot plant, t. (3 "th ju d1
