titleOfInvention OKCLUDER
abstract The invention relates to vascular surgery and is intended for occlusion of the left ear of the atrium. The occluder contains a mesh frame and a cylindrical element rigidly connected to the mesh frame located on the longitudinal axis of the frame. The mesh frame of the device is formed by wire elements made of a shape-memory nickel-titanium alloy. The mesh frame has a curvilinearly curved part extending from the cylindrical element with multidirectional radius bends and a cone-shaped part, while the cells of the mesh frame are distributed in circular rows around its longitudinal axis. What is new is that the mesh frame contains at least one additional circular row of cells formed in its curved part. The technical result is to increase the rigidity of the device in the radial direction. 14 C.p. f-ls, 3 ill.
