titleOfInvention | DEVICE FOR CONTROL OF HARMFUL SUBSTANCES WITH AN ENZY-BRAKE ACTION |
abstract | 1. A device for controlling hazardous substances with an enzyme-inhibiting effect, containing a transparent body with a flow channel for pumping a controlled environment with hermetically sealed supply and suction ends, and located inside the channel in the direction of pumping: a sorbent layer concentrating the controlled substance; an enzyme that catalyzes the substrate hydrolysis reaction; an ampoule solution of a substrate-indicator system providing a chromogenic effect; ampoule buffer solution to ensure the pH level of the enzymatic reaction, while the sorbent layer is divided by a shielding layer of inert material into indicator and reference parts, and the enzyme is immobilized on the sorbent surface, characterized in that it additionally contains a conversion matrix permeable to the controlled environment located in front of the sorbent layer on based on polymer materials, impregnated with a solution containing silver and fluorine ions, and as an enzyme used carboxyl esterase of plant origin. ! 2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the conversion matrix is located in the flow channel of the housing. ! 3. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the conversion matrix is made in the form of a removable module mated with the supply end of the housing. ! 4. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the supply end of the housing is made marked. ! 5. The device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the buffer solution is a phosphate buffer with a pH of 7.4 to 8.0; an aqueous solution of an aromatic bisazo dye-disulfide was used as an indicator; α-thione was used as a substrate |
