titleOfInvention BIOLOGICAL SELF-OPENING PROSTHESIS OF VENOUS VALVE
abstract The utility model relates to medicine, namely to vascular surgery, and can be used to treat chronic venous valve insufficiency. The technical result of the utility model is to increase the accuracy of bioprosthesis positioning during the implantation procedure due to the presence of elements fixing the device in the delivery system at the distal end of the prosthesis frame. The device consists of a support frame made of a superelastic alloy or a shape memory material such as titanium nickelide. The supporting frame of the bioprosthesis is completely lined with biological material from the inside, while the central part of the bioprosthesis contains one leaf, also made of biological material. The distal end of the frame is equipped with elements for fixing the bioprosthesis in the delivery system. These elements also allow you to control the extraction rate of the bioprosthesis, change its position relative to the implantation site, or completely reverse the procedure for extracting the device.
