titleOfInvention CLUSTER DEVICE FOR SYNCHRONIZED MEASUREMENTS OF PARAMETERS OF ELECTRIC POWER SYSTEM
abstract The cluster device for synchronized measurements of the parameters of the electric power system can be used in monitoring, control and protection systems of electric power systems in stationary and transient modes. The device of synchronized measurements of parameters of the electric power system is a cluster into which K (at least 2) blocks of synchronized measurements of signals from the electric network are introduced, a high-performance computer (host computer) and a communication network connecting them. Blocks of synchronized measurements of signals from the electric network are installed at various points of the electric network and are connected to current and voltage sensors (transformers). Measurements are synchronized by signals from the GPS / GLONASS satellite positioning system. Blocks of synchronized measurements form frames according to a certain protocol from digital instantaneous values of voltages and currents of the electric power system and time signals of the satellite positioning system (1PPS, t UTC ) and transmit them via the real-time communication network to the host computer. The host computer calculates the parameters of the electric power system using the totality of the received synchronized data from various points of the electric network.n n n 1 n.p. f-ly, 4 ill.
