| abstract | The utility model relates to medicine, namely to traumatology, and can be used as a means of osteosynthesis of tibial fractures.n n n The technical task and the positive effect of this proposal is a more stable intraoperative fixation of repaired bone fragments in three planes.n n n This is achieved through the use of a fixator for osteosynthesis of the tibia, made in the form of a T-shaped plate with holes of different diameters, consisting of an upper anterior branch for fixation of diaphyseal fractures, a lower anterior one for fixation of the pineal gland and restoration of congruency of the articular site and posterior branch for fixation of posterior fractures edges of the tibia. The latch is made with edge cuts and additionally contains an upper front branch for fixing metaphysical fractures, and a lower front branch designed to fix pineal fractures, has holes for introducing Kirschner screws and spokes, and fixing screws are carried out in 3 mutually perpendicular planes. |
